I GIOVANI E L'ALCOL

  Il consumo di bevande alcoliche è molto diffuso tra i giovani. I danni dell’eccessivo consumo di alcol possono riguardare il pancreas, il fegato e il tubo digerente. Molto spesso vediamo ragazzi che sviluppano disturbi come ansia o depressione e spesso possono diventare aggressivi e violenti. I danni diretti più comuni sono: sul cervello  l’alcol agisce sui neuroni e sulla maturazione del sistema cerebrale, inoltre sui giovani, a causa della fisiologica immaturità del sistema può comportare danni permanenti. Sul sistema cardiovascolare perché il cuore non è in grado di pompare il sangue nell’organismo in maniera efficiente. Sul fegato, grasso causato dall’alcol, sull’esofaco e stomaco, sul pancreas e sull’osso.  Infine ci sono dei danni indiretti infatti chi abusa di alcol può compiere azioni violente e avere invalidità da incidenti stradali.

Alcolisti Anonimi (sigla A.A.) è un' associazione , diffusa in tutto il mondo, che offre un programma di azione a persone che hanno problemi di dipendenza da alcol . L’associazione è nata nel 1935 negli Stati Uniti dall'incontro di due alcolisti che avevano smesso di bere, si è poi diffusa in oltre 160 Paesi.
